As the 31st of January brings my blogs 2nd anniversary I am reminded of how much has changed in the time I have been writing it. I am able to leave the house, I talk to more people and I feel my confidence is growing daily. I started this blog to help manage my mental health, to keep me positive and to fight against my anxiety disorder.
