The Cherry Blossom Reusable Bubble Bar can definitely be described as a luxury. In appearance, it is two pretty pink blossoms hanging on a twig, as if picked right from the tree. The flower itself means different things to difficult cultures, it represents hope in Japan, where the Cherry Blossom is their national flower. It is a symbol of life, because of its short lived blossom and it can be used to celebrate life after an illness or lost love.
The fragrance is a sweet cherry scent, with a hint of almond that reminds me slightly of Battenberg cake. It is made from a blend of uplifting Rosewood Oil, balancing Cedarwood Oil, cleansing Sicilian Lemon Oil and healing Almond Essential Oil. It shares the same scent as Happy Blooming Bath Melt, and Happy Blooming Shower Jelly.
Reusable Bubble Bars work by either swishing them through the water or holding them under the running tap. As soon as the water hits the Bar, bubbles are instantly scattered across the tub, covering the bath in a frothy blanket, which lasted throughout my bathing experience. The water underneath was turned a peachy pink and the air carries a soft cherry aroma, which is very subtle when in the bath. I guess that this product could be reused to spread across three to four baths, which I think makes it great value for money.
Once I left the bath I realised the soft bubbles had provided my skin with a much needed moisturising and like a distant memory from another life I could still smell the Cherry Blossom fragrance on my skin. Emotionally this bubble bar had healed the wear my body had taken from a busy day, soothed my worries and left me feeling renewed and positive for the new day ahead.
Overall I was in total bliss with this bubble bar. Not only do I love the cherry fragrance, but the bubbles it provided were so soft, that they reached out and comfortingly caressed me. This bubble bar is perfect for when you are feeling a little fragile. It soothes your anxieties while uplifting you into a joyous state.
Thank you for reading my post, If you would like to try this bubble out for yourself it is still available at Lush Oxford Street. It was also recently in the Lush Kitchen, so keep you eye out as you never know if it will come back again.
